Start with: AI Fluency: Framework & Foundations
You are not particularly technical. You are not on LinkedIn watching tutorials. But you keep hearing about AI and you want to see how you can use it. This course has no coding or jargon. It is a really great introduction to what AI is and what it can do. Perfect if you have been hearing a lot about AI in the news but have not done anything to get your feet wet yet.

Start with: Claude 101
You are comfortable with computers but have not gotten your feet wet with AI yet. Claude 101 walks you through what Claude can do, how to talk to it, and how to have really good habits from the very beginning.

You run a business and you are looking for ways to use Claude to help with your day to day. File management, booking appointments, things like that. This course shows you how to use Claude as a working partner as opposed to just a chatbot.
